This website is operated for Picasso Dental Clinic, a dental group headquartered in Vietnam.

Health information is treated as sensitive information. We ask you to send dental photos and records only when you want Picasso to assess your case.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in Vietnam because Picasso’s clinics, dentists and coordinators are based there. It may also be processed by service providers that support forms, hosting, email, analytics, WhatsApp communication, clinic systems or payment administration.

When information is transferred outside the UK, we use appropriate contractual, technical and organisational safeguards where required. Do not submit the quote form if you do not want your information reviewed by Picasso personnel in Vietnam.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, provide treatment planning, maintain clinical records, handle warranty questions, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. If you do not proceed with treatment, you can ask us to delete non-essential enquiry information.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to:
